Form details

Property and turnover

This is a practical turnover template, not a licensed home inspection and not a lodging-license exam. Platform cleanliness rules, county tourist-rooming rules, and state health pages are not the same thing. Mark illness if a guest or host reported being sick so you know to disinfect after you clean.

12 fields
Property and turnover

Host, co-host, or cleaning person.

CDC: clean first, then disinfect when someone is sick or was recently in the space. Follow the product label for contact time.

Inspection station

Beds and linens

Wash every set you provide, including beds that look unused. CDC: use the warmest water the fabric allows and dry items completely. Vermont Health: clean towels, washcloths, bathmats, and bed linens between guests. Mark N/A if the listing does not provide that item.

Clean pillowcases on every pillow you leave out.
